### 1.2 On-Device Local Storage
The following data is stored on the user's device only and is never transmitted to external servers. It is deleted when the App is uninstalled.
- **Learning progress** (Hive local DB): per-letter review counts, correct/incorrect totals, SM2 spaced-repetition schedule
- **Session results** (Hive local DB): completion time, category, WPM, correct count, total questions, duration
- **App settings** (SharedPreferences): WPM, side tone frequency, session card count, theme, language, category selection
### 1.3 Automatic Transmission via Third-Party SDKs
#### Google AdMob (advertising)
The App displays Google AdMob ads to remain free. AdMob may automatically collect:
- Advertising identifier (AAID on Android / IDFA on iOS)
- Device info (model, OS version, language, time zone)
- IP address (for approximate region)
- Ad interaction events (impressions, clicks)

AdMob is configured for **non-personalized ads (general audience)** and is not linked to user identity.
#### Google Play Services (review / update prompts)
`in_app_review` and `in_app_update` SDKs invoke the Play Store's native rating and update dialogs. They do not collect or transmit any additional personal information.
### 1.4 OS Share Sheet
`share_plus` opens the OS share sheet when the user taps "Share the app." The App does not track share actions; the OS and the receiving app handle the data.

The App does **not** request microphone, contacts, location, storage, or photo library permissions.

- **Uninstall the App**: immediately deletes all learning progress, session results, and settings
- **Reset advertising ID / opt out of personalized ads**:
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Reset advertising ID
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → toggle off "Allow Apps to Request to Track"

The App is not directed primarily at children under 14. AdMob is configured for non-personalized ads (general audience). Per COPPA, the App is also not directed at children under 13. If we become aware that personal information of a child under 13 has been collected without parental consent, we will delete it immediately.
