# SpeedLotto Privacy Policy

This policy describes how the SpeedLotto app ("this app") handles user information. This app is a statistical information tool built on publicly available data from DH Lottery (Dong-Haeng Lottery) and is usable without any sign-up or login.
## 1. Information collected or transmitted
### 1-1. Personally identifiable information
This app does **not** collect:
- Name, email, phone number, address, or other identifying data
- Account or login credentials (the app has no account system)
- Payment or purchase information (no in-app purchases)
- Photos, contacts, calendar, or other on-device user content
- Microphone recordings or camera images
### 1-2. Locally stored data
The following is stored **only on your device** and is not transmitted externally:
- Theme mode (light/dark)
- Language preference (Korean/English)
- Other UI preferences (sort order, etc.)
Storage library: `shared_preferences`. Removed when the app is uninstalled.
### 1-3. Automatically collected device data (ad SDK)
The Google AdMob SDK automatically collects the following for ad delivery:
- Advertising identifier (Android: AAID / iOS: IDFA — only if you consent via ATT)
- IP address (used for coarse region estimation)
- Device model, OS version, language, time zone
- Ad impression and click logs (associated with a hashed anonymous ID)
On iOS, the system App Tracking Transparency (ATT) dialog is shown on first launch. If you decline, IDFA is not transmitted.
### 1-4. Location information
We collect the following **only when you use the Stores map feature**:
- Device GPS coordinates (latitude/longitude)
Coordinates are sent temporarily to our backend (`speedlotto.reactiveworks.dev`) solely to look up DH Lottery scratch-off retailers near you. They are not linked to any user identifier and are not persisted on the server.
Denying location permission does not break other features (ranking, round detail, etc.).
### 1-5. Incidental IP disclosure (via outbound HTTPS)
This app sends HTTPS requests to the following servers. In the normal course of HTTP, those servers observe your device IP:
- `speedlotto.reactiveworks.dev` — our app backend (round data, retailer coordinates)
- OpenStreetMap tile servers (`*.tile.openstreetmap.org`) — map tiles for the Stores screen
- Google AdMob servers — ad delivery
- Google Play / Apple App Store — in-app update check (in_app_update)
These servers receive only ordinary HTTP request metadata (IP, User-Agent, request path), not user-identifying information.
## 2. Permissions

## 3. Retention period

## 4. Third-party sharing
The following third parties automatically receive user data through normal SDK operation:

We do not sell or share user information with any third party other than the ones above.

The round and retailer data shown in this app is collected once daily by our backend from public sources:
- DH Lottery official site (`dhlottery.co.kr`) — rounds, remaining tickets, prizes
- Korea Public Data Portal (`data.go.kr`) — scratch-off retailer coordinates
This data is public statistical information, not user personal data, and your device does not call those sites directly.
## 6. User rights
- **Reset advertising ID** — Android: Settings → Google → Ads / iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
- **Decline ad tracking** — iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → per-app toggle, or decline the ATT dialog at first launch
- **Revoke location permission** — Disable per-app location permission in your device settings
- **Delete local data** — Uninstall the app to remove all locally stored data (theme, language, etc.)
## 7. Children's privacy
This app is not directed at children under the age of 14 (Korean threshold) or under the age of 13 (COPPA threshold). DH Lottery scratch-off purchases are restricted by Korean law to persons aged 19 and older; this app is a statistical information tool and does not encourage lottery purchases.
AdMob ads are served to a general audience only and are not classified as child-directed ad traffic.
