Korea Civil Code ("this app") values your privacy and complies with applicable laws, including the Republic of Korea's Personal Information Protection Act. - Your **bookmarked articles** and app settings (theme, font size, reference-link highlighting)
- Storage library: `shared_preferences` (local device storage)
This information is not sent to any external server and is removed when you uninstall the app.
### 1.3 Information Collected or Transmitted via Third-Party Services
**Google AdMob (Advertising)**
This app displays Google AdMob ads. To serve personalized ads, AdMob may collect and process:
- Advertising ID, device ID
- Device information (model, OS version, etc.), IP address
- App usage data and ad-interaction data (for third-party advertising)

**Other services (no personal data collected)**

- Share: invokes your operating system's share feature only; the app neither stores nor transmits shared content.

Beyond an internet connection (for serving ads and checking for updates), this app requests **no sensitive permissions such as camera, microphone, contacts, location, or storage.**
## 3. Retention Period
- Locally stored information (bookmarks, settings): retained until you uninstall the app, then deleted.
- Information collected by third parties (AdMob): governed by their respective privacy policies.

- **Reset/delete data:** Uninstalling the app deletes all information stored on your device (bookmarks, settings).
- **Reset advertising identifier:** You can reset your advertising ID or limit personalized ads in your device settings.

- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
- **Opt out of ad tracking:** On iOS, you may decline App Tracking Transparency consent.

This app is not directed primarily at children under the age of 14 (and, for COPPA alignment, under the age of 13), and does not knowingly collect children's personal information. AdMob ads are served to a general audience.
