Photo Watermark ("this app") values your privacy and complies with applicable laws. This app has no sign-up or login, and the photos you choose and your watermark settings are processed entirely on your device. This policy explains what information the app handles.
## 1. Information this app collects or transmits
### 1.1 Directly identifiable information
This app does **not** collect any directly identifiable personal information such as name, email, phone number, or account. There is no sign-up or login.
### 1.2 Local on-device storage
The following is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to any external server:
- Watermark templates, watermark settings (text, font, color, opacity, size, etc.), app preferences (theme, language, save quality, etc.), and export history
- Storage library used: `shared_preferences` (local device storage)
- **The photos you select are processed only on your device to apply the watermark; this app does not upload or transmit them anywhere.** The watermarked result image is saved to your device gallery.
### 1.3 Third parties (advertising)
This app uses Google's mobile ads service (Google AdMob). To provide personalized ads, AdMob may collect and process:
- Advertising ID, device information, IP address, ad interaction data

- On iOS, you can choose whether to allow tracking via the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt.
## 2. Permissions
This app uses the following permissions:
- **Photos/Media access**: to load the photo you want to watermark and to save the result image to your gallery.
- **Internet / Network state**: to show ads and check for app updates.
This app does not request any other sensitive permissions such as camera, microphone, contacts, or location.
## 3. Retention period
- Locally stored information: kept until you delete the app or clear the data within the app.
- Information processed by third parties (AdMob): per their respective policies.
