Rest Planner ("this app") respects your privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws. This app works without any account registration, and the rest plans and records you enter are stored only on your device.

This app does **not collect any directly identifiable personal information** such as your name, email, phone number, or account. There is no sign-up or login.
### 1.2 Data Stored Locally on Your Device
The following data you create in the app is stored **only on your device** and is not transmitted to any external server:
- Rest blocks (rest type, schedule, notes)
- Recovery scores and notes
- App settings (theme, language, notification preferences)
Local device storage (Hive, SharedPreferences) is used. Unless you manually back up (export to a file), the data never leaves your device.
### 1.3 Information Processed by Third-Party SDKs
**Google AdMob (Advertising)**
This app displays Google AdMob ads to remain free. AdMob may collect and process the following to serve personalized ads:
- Advertising ID
- IP address
- Device information (model, OS version, etc.)
- In-app ad interaction data
Google's data practices are governed by the [Google Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy) and [Google Ads Policies](https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads).
**App Tracking Transparency (iOS)**
On iOS, the app requests your consent before tracking for personalized ads. You can decline tracking at any time in device settings; the app works fully even if you decline.

- **Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS)** — show rest schedule reminders
- **Exact alarms (SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM, USE_EXACT_ALARM)** — schedule rest reminders at exact times
- **Boot completed (RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED)** — restore scheduled reminders after reboot
This app does **not request sensitive permissions** such as camera, microphone, contacts, location, or storage.

- Local on-device data: retained until you delete the data or uninstall the app.
- Information processed by third parties (AdMob): subject to that service's privacy policy.
