WhaleLens ("this app") respects your privacy and complies with applicable laws. This policy explains what information this app collects and how it is used.

### 1-1. Directly identifiable information
This app has no sign-up feature and does not collect directly identifiable personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number.
### 1-2. Content server communication
This app loads its web-based content from its own server (whalelens.reactiveworks.dev). The server only serves public data such as pension fund disclosures and portfolios; it does not collect or store user accounts or user-entered data. Standard web access logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) may be retained temporarily for security and troubleshooting purposes and are not used to identify users.
### 1-3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
This app displays banner ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob (Google LLC) may automatically collect the following in the course of serving ads:
- Advertising identifiers (Android Advertising ID / iOS IDFA)
- Device information such as IP address, device model, and OS version
- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

- Uninstalling the app deletes all temporary data stored inside the app.

This app is not directed at children under the age of 14 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. It also does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (COPPA). AdMob ads are served to general audiences.
