These Terms govern your use of the BusTable app (the "Service") provided by SiU Ahn (the "Developer"). By installing and using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

## 1. The Service
The Service provides:
- Bus stop search, map display, and real-time arrival information based on public APIs
- Sharing of **photos of paper timetables** posted at bus stops, taken and uploaded by users (crowdsourced)
- Likes/dislikes, comment reports, and contribution points/grades for timetable photos
### ⚠️ No Guarantee of Timetable Accuracy (Important)
Timetable photos and arrival information in the Service are **based on content voluntarily uploaded by users and on external public data. The Developer does not guarantee their accuracy, currency, or completeness.** A posted timetable may have changed since it was photographed or may contain errors, and **may differ from actual bus operations.** For important trips (last bus, transfers, exams, interviews, etc.), always verify against official information from the transit operator or local government. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for any damage arising from reliance on information in the Service, including but not limited to missing a bus.

## 2. Accounts
- Some features (photo upload, comments, likes) require an account (email sign-up or Google/Apple sign-in).
- You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your credentials secure.
- You may delete your account at any time inside the app; upon deletion, server-stored personal data is destroyed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
- Impersonation and transferring or lending accounts are prohibited.

## 3. User Content and License
- You retain copyright in the photos and comments you upload.
- By uploading content, you grant the Developer a **non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, store, reproduce, and resize (e.g., thumbnails) the content within the Service.** This license is limited to operating the Service and ends within a reasonable period after you delete the content or your account.
- You represent that you hold the necessary rights to the content you upload.
- The Developer may remove or hide content that violates these Terms or applicable law without prior notice.

## 4. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Upload photos unrelated to timetables, or false or manipulated timetable information
- Upload photos containing **personal information** such as people's faces, license plates, or contact details
- Post obscene, hateful, discriminatory, violent, or spam/advertising content
- Insult, harass, or defame others
- Systematically abuse the report or like/dislike features
- Interfere with normal operation of the Service (automated scraping, server overload, exploiting vulnerabilities, etc.)
- Engage in any other conduct that violates applicable law
Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, or account suspension or deletion.

## 5. Changes to or Discontinuation of the Service
- The Developer may change or discontinue all or part of the Service; material changes will be announced in advance via the app or store page.
- The Developer is not liable for damage arising from changes to or discontinuation of this free Service, absent willful misconduct or gross negligence.

- The Service is provided "AS IS," and the Developer does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- Real-time information may be delayed or unavailable depending on the public API providers (Korea MOLIT TAGO, Seoul Bus API, etc.).
- The Developer has no obligation to intervene in disputes between users or between users and third parties.
- The Developer's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
