# 클라임로그 이용약관

## 제1조 (목적)
본 약관은 안시우(이하 "개발자")가 제공하는 모바일 애플리케이션 "클라임로그(ClimbLog)"(이하 "본 앱")의 이용 조건을 규정합니다. 본 앱을 설치·사용함으로써 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.
## 제2조 (서비스 내용)
본 앱은 다음 기능을 제공합니다.
1. 암장 등록 및 색깔 난이도 사다리 관리
2. 클라이밍 세션 기록(색깔별 시도·완등·왕복·편도)
3. 보조운동 기록(턱걸이·데드행 등, 세트·횟수·초)
4. 주간 목표·스트릭·통계 차트
5. 암장 난이도표 사진 첨부
## 제3조 (운동 정보 고지)
본 앱은 개인 운동 기록 도구입니다. 클라이밍은 부상 위험이 있는 운동이며, 본 앱의 기록·통계는 훈련 강도나 안전에 대한 전문적 조언을 대체하지 않습니다. 부상 예방과 훈련 계획은 전문 지도자와 상담하세요.
## 제4조 (데이터 및 책임)
1. 본 앱의 모든 기록은 사용자 기기에만 저장됩니다. 기기 변경·분실·앱 삭제로 인한 데이터 손실에 대해 개발자는 책임지지 않습니다.
2. 본 앱은 "있는 그대로(as is)" 제공되며, 개발자는 앱 사용으로 인한 직·간접 손해에 대해 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위 내에서 책임을 지지 않습니다.
3. 본 앱은 특정 암장·단체와 무관하며, 색깔 난이도 체계는 사용자가 직접 구성하는 개인 기록용 값입니다.
## 제5조 (광고)
본 앱은 Google AdMob 광고를 포함합니다. 광고 관련 개인정보 처리는 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.
## 제6조 (지식재산권)
본 앱과 그 콘텐츠(디자인, 로고, 텍스트 등)에 대한 권리는 개발자에게 있습니다. 사용자가 입력한 기록·사진의 권리는 사용자에게 있습니다.
## 제7조 (약관 변경)
개발자는 필요 시 본 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 사항은 앱 업데이트 또는 본 페이지를 통해 공지합니다.

1. **Purpose** — These terms govern the use of the mobile application "ClimbLog (클라임로그)" provided by SiU Ahn (the "Developer"). By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.
2. **Service** — The app provides gym registration with color-grade ladders, climbing session logs (per-color attempts, sends, round trips, laps), accessory training logs, weekly goals, streaks and statistics, and gym grade-chart photo attachments.
3. **Training disclaimer** — This app is a personal training log. Climbing carries injury risk; the app's logs and statistics are not a substitute for professional coaching or safety advice. Consult a qualified instructor for injury prevention and training plans.
4. **Data & liability** — All records are stored only on your device; the Developer is not responsible for data loss from device change, loss, or app deletion. The app is provided "as is"; to the extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the app. The app is not affiliated with any climbing gym or organization.
5. **Ads** — The app includes Google AdMob ads. See the Privacy Policy for ad-related data handling.
6. **Intellectual property** — Rights to the app and its content belong to the Developer. Rights to records and photos you enter belong to you.
7. **Changes** — These terms may change; changes will be announced via app updates or this page.
