<p>These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the "EV Charging Map: Live Status" app (the "App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.</p>
<h3>1. Service Overview</h3>
<p>The App displays nationwide EV charging station information provided by the Korean Public Data Portal on a map and in lists, and offers real-time station status lookup, favorites, and charging record features. The App is provided free of charge and contains advertising.</p>
<h3>2. Accuracy of Information</h3>
<ul>
<li>All information — station locations, operating status, pricing — is based on data provided by the Public Data Portal and individual charging operators, and may differ from actual on-site conditions.</li>
<li>Displayed information may be out of date due to data refresh delays, charger malfunctions, or operator policy changes. Please verify with the charging operator before visiting.</li>
<li>The App does not provide charging services itself. Payment and charger operation are the responsibility of each charging operator.</li>
</ul>
<h3>3. User Obligations</h3>
<ul>
<li>You may not use the App for any purpose that violates applicable laws.</li>
<li>You may not collect (crawl/scrape) or redistribute the App's data without authorization.</li>
<li>Please do not operate the App while driving.</li>
</ul>
<h3>4. Intellectual Property</h3>
<p>All rights to the App's design, software, and content belong to the developer. Charging station data is subject to the Public Data Portal's terms of use. Maps are provided by NAVER Cloud Platform Maps and are subject to that service's terms.</p>
<h3>5. Limitation of Liability</h3>
<p>The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for damages arising from information inaccuracies, service interruptions, or failures of upstream data providers.</p>
<h3>6. Changes to the Service</h3>
<p>The developer may modify or discontinue all or part of the service without prior notice.</p>
<h3>7. Changes to These Terms</h3>
<p>These Terms may be updated from time to time. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page.</p>
