# KR Holiday Countdown Privacy Policy

KR Holiday Countdown ("this app") respects your privacy and complies with applicable laws including the Korean Personal Information Protection Act. This app works without any sign-up or login, and does not transmit or store any personally identifiable information on a server.
## 1. Information Collected or Transmitted
### 1a. Directly identifiable information
This app does **not collect** personally identifiable information such as your name, email, phone number, or account. There is no sign-up process.
### 1b. On-device local storage
The following is stored only on your device (`shared_preferences`) and is never transmitted externally:
- Notification settings (per-holiday alert on/off and timing)
- Display settings (theme, language)
Holiday data is bundled in the app (offline) and does not require collecting any personal information.
### 1c. Third-party service (advertising)
This app displays Google AdMob ads. AdMob may collect and process an advertising identifier, device information, and IP address to deliver and measure ads. See the [Google Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy) for details. On iOS, personalized vs. non-personalized ads are determined by your App Tracking Transparency (ATT) choice.
## 2. Permissions
This app uses the following permissions:
- **Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS):** to send holiday D-day alerts
- **Internet / network state:** to load ads
This app does not request sensitive permissions such as camera, microphone, location, contacts, or storage.
## 3. Retention Period
- Locally stored information: retained until the app is uninstalled, and deleted along with it.
- Third-party (AdMob) processed data: governed by that service's policy.
## 4. Third-Party Sharing
This app does not share user information with third parties other than the advertising service (Google AdMob) described in Section 1c.
## 5. Your Rights
- You can disable notifications in your device settings, or delete the app to remove all locally stored information.
- You can reset your advertising identifier or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings (Android: Settings > Google > Ads / iOS: Settings > Privacy).
## 6. Children's Privacy
This app is not primarily directed at children under the age of 14 (or under 13 for COPPA), and does not knowingly collect children's personal information. AdMob ads are served to a general audience.
