# 끊고모아 이용약관

본 약관은 안시우(이하 "개발자")가 제공하는 모바일 애플리케이션 "끊고모아(QuitSave)"(이하 "본 앱")의 이용 조건을 규정합니다. 본 앱을 설치·사용함으로써 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.
## 제2조 (서비스 내용)
본 앱은 다음 기능을 제공합니다.
1. 흡연 기록 및 안 피운 담배의 절약 금액 환산
2. 보상 목표 설정 및 달성 예상일(D-day) 계산
3. 금연·감연 스트릭, 통계 차트
4. 공개 자료(WHO/CDC) 기반 건강 회복 타임라인 정보 제공
5. 리마인더 알림, 데이터 백업/복원
## 제3조 (건강 정보 고지)
본 앱의 건강 회복 타임라인은 WHO/CDC 등이 공개한 일반적 정보를 요약한 것으로, 의학적 진단·치료·조언을 대체하지 않습니다. 건강 관련 결정은 반드시 의료 전문가와 상담하세요.
## 제4조 (데이터 및 책임)
1. 본 앱의 모든 기록은 사용자 기기에만 저장됩니다. 기기 변경·분실·앱 삭제로 인한 데이터 손실에 대해 개발자는 책임지지 않습니다. 백업 기능 사용을 권장합니다.
2. 절약 금액은 사용자가 입력한 기준(흡연량·담뱃값)에 따른 추정치이며, 실제 지출 절감액과 다를 수 있습니다.
3. 본 앱은 "있는 그대로(as is)" 제공되며, 개발자는 앱 사용으로 인한 직·간접 손해에 대해 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위 내에서 책임을 지지 않습니다.
## 제5조 (광고)
본 앱은 Google AdMob 광고를 포함합니다. 광고 관련 개인정보 처리는 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.
## 제6조 (지식재산권)
본 앱과 그 콘텐츠(디자인, 로고, 텍스트 등)에 대한 권리는 개발자에게 있습니다. 사용자가 입력한 기록의 권리는 사용자에게 있습니다.
## 제7조 (약관 변경)
개발자는 필요 시 본 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 사항은 앱 업데이트 또는 본 페이지를 통해 공지합니다.

1. **Purpose** — These terms govern the use of the mobile application "QuitSave (끊고모아)" provided by SiU Ahn (the "Developer"). By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.
2. **Service** — The app provides smoking logs converted to money saved, reward goals with estimated achievement dates, streaks and statistics, a health recovery timeline based on public WHO/CDC information, reminders, and local backup/restore.
3. **Health disclaimer** — The health recovery timeline summarizes general public information and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Consult a medical professional for health decisions.
4. **Data & liability** — All records are stored only on your device; the Developer is not responsible for data loss from device change, loss, or app deletion (backup recommended). Savings amounts are estimates based on your inputs. The app is provided "as is"; to the extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the app.
5. **Ads** — The app includes Google AdMob ads. See the Privacy Policy for ad-related data handling.
6. **Intellectual property** — Rights to the app and its content belong to the Developer. Rights to records you enter belong to you.
7. **Changes** — These terms may change; changes will be announced via app updates or this page.
