물타기 계산기 개인정보 처리방침

안시우(이하 "개발자")는 「개인정보 보호법」을 준수하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하기
위해 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리방침을 수립·공개합니다.
1. 총칙
물타기 계산기(Average Down Calculator, 이하 "앱")는 **회원가입이 없고 계정을 만들지
않습니다. 이용자가 입력한 종목·평단·수량·절약 기록은 원칙적으로 이용자의 기기
안에만 저장**되며, 개발자는 이를 열람할 수 없습니다.
2. 수집하는 정보와 이용 목적
2.1 기기에만 저장되는 정보 (외부 전송 없음)

위 정보는 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 이용자가 백업 파일을 내보내는 경우, 그 파일은
이용자가 직접 선택한 위치(드라이브·메일 등)로만 전달되며 개발자에게 전송되지 않습니다.
2.2 선택 동의 시에만 전송되는 정보 — "층수 통계 참여"
설정에서 층수 통계 참여를 켠 경우에 한해, 같은 종목을 보유한 이용자들 사이의 평단
분포를 익명으로 집계하기 위해 다음 세 가지만 전송합니다.
- 앱이 자체 생성한 무작위 식별자(UUID) — 광고 식별자나 기기 고유번호가 아니며,
앱을 삭제하면 소멸합니다
- 종목코드
- 평균 단가
이름·연락처·계정정보는 포함되지 않으며, 위 세 항목만으로는 특정 개인을 알아볼 수
없습니다. 이 기능은 기본값이 켜짐이며 설정에서 언제든 끌 수 있고, 끄는 즉시 서버에
저장된 해당 기기의 기록은 삭제됩니다.
2.3 시세 조회
보유 종목의 전 영업일 종가를 받기 위해 개발자가 운영하는 서버에 종목코드만
전달합니다. 이용자를 식별하는 정보는 함께 보내지 않습니다.
2.4 광고 (Google AdMob)
앱은 무료로 제공되며 화면 하단에 배너 광고를 노출합니다. 광고 제공사인 Google 이
광고 식별자 등을 수집·이용할 수 있으며, 이는 Google 의 정책에 따릅니다.

- iOS 이용자는 앱 최초 실행 시 추적 허용 여부를 직접 선택할 수 있으며(App Tracking
Transparency), 거부하더라도 앱의 모든 기능을 그대로 이용할 수 있습니다.
- Android 이용자는 기기 설정에서 광고 ID 를 재설정하거나 맞춤 광고를 끌 수 있습니다.
3. 권한 안내

앱은 연락처·위치·사진·마이크·카메라에 접근하지 않습니다.
4. 보유 및 파기
기기에 저장된 정보는 이용자가 항목을 삭제하거나 앱을 삭제하면 즉시 사라집니다.
층수 통계로 전송된 익명 기록은 이용자가 설정에서 참여를 끄면 삭제됩니다.
5. 제3자 제공
개발자는 이용자의 정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 광고 노출을
위해 Google AdMob 이 위 2.4 항의 범위에서 정보를 처리합니다.
6. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 앱 내에서 언제든지 저장된 기록을 조회·수정·삭제할 수 있으며, 백업 기능으로
내보내거나 복원할 수 있습니다. 층수 통계 참여 여부도 언제든 변경할 수 있습니다.
7. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지
않습니다.

9. 고지의 의무
본 방침의 내용이 변경될 경우, 변경 사항을 앱 또는 본 페이지를 통해 공지합니다.
투자 관련 고지 — 본 앱은 계산 및 기록 도구이며 투자 자문·권유를 제공하지 않습니다.
표시되는 시세는 공공데이터포털(금융위원회)이 제공하는 전 영업일 종가이며 실시간
시세가 아닙니다. 투자 판단과 그 결과에 대한 책임은 이용자 본인에게 있습니다.
Average Down Calculator — Privacy Policy

SiU Ahn ("the developer") publishes this policy to explain what the Average Down
Calculator app ("the app") does with your information.
1. Overview
The app has no sign-up and no account. The stocks, average prices, quantities
and savings entries you enter are stored on your device only, and the developer
cannot read them.
2. What is collected, and why
2.1 Stored on your device only (never transmitted)

None of this is sent to a server. If you export a backup file, that file goes only
to the destination you choose (drive, mail, and so on) and never to the developer.
2.2 Sent only with your opt-in — "Floor statistics"
If you turn on Floor statistics in Settings, the app sends exactly three values
so that the average-price distribution among holders of the same stock can be
aggregated anonymously:
- a random identifier (UUID) generated by the app itself — this is *not* an
advertising identifier or a hardware ID, and it disappears when the app is removed
- the ticker symbol
- the average price
No name, contact detail or account information is included, and these three values
alone cannot identify a person. The feature is **on by default and can be switched
off at any time**; turning it off deletes that device's records from the server.
2.3 Price lookup
To fetch the previous business day's closing price for your holdings, the app sends
only ticker symbols to a server operated by the developer. No identifying
information accompanies the request.
2.4 Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app is free and shows a banner advertisement. Google, as the ad provider, may
collect and use advertising identifiers under its own policies.

- On iOS you are asked whether to allow tracking (App Tracking Transparency) on
first launch; declining does not restrict any feature of the app.
- On Android you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in
the system settings.
3. Permissions

The app does not access contacts, location, photos, microphone or camera.
4. Retention and deletion
Anything stored on the device disappears as soon as you delete the entry or
uninstall the app. Anonymous floor-statistics records are deleted when you turn the
feature off.
5. Sharing with third parties
The developer does not sell or share your information. Google AdMob processes data
within the scope described in section 2.4 in order to serve ads.
6. Your rights
You can view, edit and delete your stored records at any time inside the app, and
export or restore them with the backup feature. You can change your floor-statistics
participation whenever you like.
7. Children
The app is not directed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect their
personal information.
