SiU Ahn ("the developer") operates the Conomap app ("this app"). This policy explains what information this app collects, how it is used, and when it is deleted.

## 1. Information this app collects and sends
### 1a. Account information
- **Anonymous account**: When you first open the app, a random account ID is created without any name or email. You can choose a nickname.
- **Google / Apple account link (optional)**: If you link an account, we store only the account's unique identifier sent by that service. **We do not store your email address or name.** If you link an Apple account, we store the Apple refresh token used to revoke the link when you delete your account.
- **Sign-in tokens**: The server stores only a hash of each token; the device keeps it in secure storage (flutter_secure_storage).
### 1b. Content you post (public)
- Karaoke price reports, price-board photos, new venues and edit suggestions, closure reports, price votes
- This content is shown to other users together with your nickname. Please avoid photos that show other people's faces or personal information.
- Activity earns points and a ranking (shown with your nickname).
### 1c. Owner verification requests (private)
- Business registration number, a photo of the business registration certificate, and the contact details you enter (phone number, name)
- The business registration number is sent to the Korean National Tax Service business status API (data.go.kr) to check whether the business is active.
- The certificate photo is removed from public access immediately and is used only for operator review.
### 1d. Location
- If you allow location access, your current coordinates are used to find nearby karaoke rooms.
- Coordinates are sent with the search request and may be forwarded to NAVER Cloud Platform (Maps API) for address lookup. **The server does not store your coordinates.**
- Place search keywords may be forwarded to the Kakao Local API and are not stored either.
### 1e. Usage records
- Favorite venues, visit history (deleted automatically after 30 days), blocked users, reports you filed
- For abuse prevention, the first part of your IP address (/24 range) and daily request counts
### 1f. On-device storage
- hive_ce, shared_preferences: display settings (theme, language, comparison basis), recently viewed venues, cached lists
- flutter_secure_storage: sign-in tokens
- This data never leaves the device and is erased when you uninstall the app.
### 1g. Third-party services
- **Google AdMob (ads)**: To show and measure ads, the advertising ID (Android advertising ID; iOS IDFA only if you allow tracking), IP address and device information may be sent to Google. [Google Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy)

- **Google Sign-In / Sign in with Apple**: Used only when you choose to link an account.
- **Google Play in-app update and in-app review**: No personal data is collected; used only to check for updates and show the rating prompt.

## 3. Retention
- Account and activity data: until you delete your account
- Visit history: deleted automatically after 30 days
- Sign-in tokens: revoked on sign-out or account deletion
- **On account deletion**: favorites, visit history, block lists, sign-in tokens, the points ledger and owner verification requests (including certificate photos) are deleted. Price reports, venues, votes and reports that help other users remain under the name "Deleted user" and are no longer linked to you. Signing in again with the same Google or Apple account creates a new account.
- Information received by third-party services follows their own policies.

## 4. Sharing with third parties
We do not share or sell personal information except with Google (AdMob, sign-in), Apple (sign-in), NAVER (maps, address lookup), Kakao (place search) and the National Tax Service (business status check), as described in section 1.

## 5. Your rights
- **Access and correction**: See your nickname and activity on the My page and change your nickname there.
- **Deletion**: Settings → Account → Delete account. The scope is described in section 3.
- **Local data**: Uninstalling the app erases all data stored on the device.
- **Advertising ID reset**: Android Settings → Google → Ads / iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- For any other request, contact us at the address in section 7. We reply within 7 business days.

This app is not directed to users under the age of 14 and does not knowingly collect their personal information. This also covers children under the age of 13 (COPPA). Ads are served for a general audience.
