# Doneshare Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Doneshare app (the "Service") provided by SiU Ahn (the "Operator"). By signing up for or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

## 1. The Service
The Service lets people who live together create a group and:
- List chores, set their points and create repeat schedules
- Log completions (with memos and photos), confirm them, send requests and "thanks" reactions
- See points and shares per member, and receive reminders and push notifications
- Invite members with an invite code or link
The Service is free and shows ads (Google AdMob). Points and shares are reference numbers based on the standards your group sets; they do not judge who is right about sharing housework.

## 2. Accounts
- You can sign up with email, Google or Apple. You must be at least 14 years old.
- You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password and device secure.
- You may not impersonate others or transfer, lend or sell your account.
- You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. Your account and the records and photos you created are deleted immediately and cannot be restored (see section 5 of the Privacy Policy).

## 3. Groups and sharing
- Records, memos, photos and your nickname in a group are visible to members of that group. They are not published outside the group.
- Anyone with an invite code or link can join the group, so share it only with the people you live with.
- The group owner can remove members. A removed member's records stay in the group's statistics.
- When you leave a group you can choose to keep or delete your records. When the last member leaves, the group and all of its records and photos are deleted.

## 4. Your content and photos
- You keep the rights to the records, memos and photos you post.
- You grant the Operator a free license to use that content only as needed to provide the Service (storing it, showing it to your group members, compressing and resizing it). The license ends when you delete the content or your account.
- You are responsible for the photos you take or choose to upload. Get consent before posting photos of other people, and keep in mind that anything in a photo (faces, addresses, mail, documents) will be visible to your group members.
- You confirm that you have the rights needed to post your content.

## 5. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Post sexual, violent, hateful or discriminatory content, or images recorded illegally
- Post photos of other people's faces, bodies or personal information without their consent
- Insult, harass or threaten other members, or use the Service to stalk or monitor someone
- Post content that infringes copyright or other rights
- Use the Service for spam or advertising, or distribute invite codes without permission
- Disrupt the Service, for example with automated bulk requests or by exploiting vulnerabilities
- Break any applicable law
To report objectionable content or users, email siwooeo@gmail.com. The Operator will review the report and act promptly (normally within 24 hours), for example by removing the content or restricting the account. Within a group, the owner can remove members, and anyone can leave a group at any time.

## 6. Suspension and termination
- If you break these terms or the law, the Operator may remove your content, restrict your use of the Service or delete your account without prior notice.
- You may end this agreement at any time by deleting your account.
- If the Operator shuts down the Service, it will announce this in the app 30 days in advance.

## 7. Changes and interruptions
The Operator may change, add or remove features to improve the Service. The Service may be interrupted temporarily for maintenance, outages or events beyond the Operator's control.

## 8. Disclaimer
- The Service is provided "as is". The Operator does not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- The Operator is not responsible for content posted by users or for disputes between users, including disputes about sharing housework.
- Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, and to the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect damages or data loss arising from use of the Service.
- Ads are provided by Google AdMob; the Operator is not responsible for ad content or for transactions with advertisers.

## 9. Changes to these terms
We will announce changes in the app or on this page at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes that are unfavorable to users). If you do not agree to the new terms, you may delete your account; continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept them.

## 10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes relating to the Service will be resolved by the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
